Tibetan Eye Chart

11/19/2019

Picture
Using the Tibetan eye chart exercises stimulates and strengthens the muscles and nerves of the optical system.

How to use the Tibetan Eye Chart
Do this without wearing glasses or contact lenses
Do each movement for 30 seconds while in a sitting position, spine straight
  • First, close your eyes and place the palms of your hands over them for a minute; imagine white light energy coming into your eyes
  • Get close to the chart and align your nose with the centre of the image
  • Without moving your head, allow your eyes to follow along the outer edges of each arm of the figure, including the dots, in a clockwise direction, always returning to the centre dot before moving onto the next
  • When finished, blink and relax your eyes
  • Repeat the exercise in an anti-clockwise direction
  • Blink and relax your eyes
  • Repeat as many times as desired
  • When finished, completely relax the body and slow the breath
  • Close your eyes and place the palms of your hands over them for at least 30 seconds

Do this every morning and night, and wear your glasses or contact lenses as little as possible.
