Spend 5 minutes when you wake up, writing in your dream diary.
Make it easy for yourself - keep a notebook and pen by your bedside. Write or draw what happened, and note down the feelings you had. If you don’t record it straight away it will be lost to you. Train yourself to do it regularly.
The more you do it, the more you’ll find your dreams come back easily to you and in more detail. You’ll also find you’re much more likely to remember more of your future dreams.
By writing down your dreams you’re letting your inner wisdom know that you listen to it. As a consequence, it will provide you with more messages.
You may not work out the meaning or message straight away, you may see this when you look back at your dream diary later. You’ll start to see patterns and see the messages they contain – for example an issue you need to address, a person you need to have a meaningful discussion with. Recording your dreams may be a source of creative inspiration for you, and may also help with meditation.
Do it now – get a notebook or diary and pen and put them by your bedside.
