​21 day challenge

As part of the research for a book, I asked a number of people to take a 21-day challenge to demonstrate the power of using 5 minutes a day effectively.
The results have been impressive:

​While most of us won’t have such life-changing experiences as the second person (though of course you might!), if you choose a useful habit and put in the work, it can bring many benefits – and most likely other benefits you hadn’t expected.

Simply choose an area of life you’d like to make improvements in, and work out a daily 5-minute habit (or choose from the suggestions listed in 'The Challenge below) that you'll do for 21 days. Keep a log and see what happens.
